I am 49, 5'3 and 146 lbs or 10 stone 6. I'm on a weight loss journey to lose up to 33 lbs and return to the slim person I was before I had children and lost sight of my feet. I want my waist back for health reasons and because I want to do dressmaking and look good in my creations.

My blog also includes my love of vintage things especially clothes and knitting/dressmaking patterns and as I am a witch, all that's witchy.

I'm going to share my dieting journey and any useful ideas and tips I pick up along the way so follow me and find out if I can do this because if I can, you can too.
